No carpet. Brand new bathroom with awesome shower. Walkable to the Shelby Street bridge to save on the outrageous parking fees in Nashville. Bed could have been a little more comfy but not bad. Very good for the price.
This may have been the friendliest staff of any hotel I've ever stayed! The cleaning crew, check in and out, breakfast, all of the staff were friendly and warm! The rooms and hotel in general were very clean. Highly recommend!
Rooms were good, staff and breakfast was good and the location and price was well worth it. Only bad things that could be improved are the old TV’s and shower head was broken, general cleanliness of the hotel and looks like the pool could use some updating. Would stay again!
Basic room, but Clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They provide a very nice breakfast. The heated indoor pool is guitar shaped, maybe one of a kind, but fun to swim in nonetheless.
They no longer provide shuttle service. I chose this hotel for the free shuttle so I was disappointed when I found out it wasn’t available. Everything else about my stay was exceptional. I was able to check in early. The room is recently renovated and everything is brand new. Very clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was great. Employees were friendly and helpful. The guitar shaped pool was great too.
I had a really good experience. Other than the construction work. Also, someone kept slamming doors the whole time. The Service was Great! The Front desk crew was on top of it. Positive, funny, professional and inviting. I gave 5 stars for the room because it was probably the cleanest room I've ever stayed in as well as very nicely updated. Location isn't the best mainly because of the view of the old stadium is blocked
Wonderful although they charged way too much do to the snow. For the first night. The rooms are super clean. Beautiful shower, could be hotter.
Whenever we will be in Nashville we'll stop at the comfort inn and suits! It's close to Broadway street ! The staff is very nice and its a clean hotel . You constantly see people cleaning ! They need to update their breakfast in the morning.. very simple and runs out fast. But the guitar shaped pool was heated and nice ! Well be back !
